Bluebird Labs operates three interconnected labs — each at a different stage, each contributing to the same purpose: technology that adapts to the human, not the other way around.

Development Lab

Where the technology gets built. Our Development Lab designs and engineers AI-powered platforms that personalise experiences across education and workplace performance — two products in active development, built with cognitive diversity at their core.

Leadership Lab

The research and product arm behind Cherry Ward's digital tools. The Leadership Lab designs frameworks, builds assessments, and develops apps that bring Cherry's leadership methodology to life in scalable form — including Kokoro Compass and Energy Quadrant.

Bluebird Labs was founded by Cherry and Andrew Ward — a leadership expert and a technology expert who decided to build the tools they couldn't find anywhere else.

Cherry brings 20+ years of human development expertise, executive coaching, and organisational transformation. Andrew brings 20+ years of data science, machine learning, and full-stack engineering.
